“The hotel exceeded all expectations and my stay was really great. Everything was wonderful, and the exceptional location was close to many tourist attractions in Hanoi that you can walk to. The staff were consistently courteous, and the best breakfast for all tastes was a nice touch. There was free Wi-Fi in all rooms and the service in general was excellent.”

“We really enjoyed the great-sized and nicely furnished room, which came with toothpaste and the possibility to make coffee.”

8.2Verified guest

“A comfortable and clean environment with amazing staff willing to help with anything. The location is perfect for exploring the city's culture, right next to bustling shops and famous attractions.”

“Exceptionally helpful staff, especially the hotel's manager, Mr Kenny. Dzung, the tour manager, was again very helpful, particularly with his ability in opening refreshments. Thanks again, fellows.”

“My partner and I enjoyed a two-night stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful booking a tour to Halong Bay and train tickets onwards to Hue. One of the staff members even took us in a taxi to the train station and put our bags on the train. The room was standard and clean. Breakfast was included and basic American. The hotel is located in the old quarter and is central. Upon returning to the hotel after our Halong Bay tour, the staff greeted us, offered us a shower and internet use, and had our train tickets ready even though we were not staying at the hotel that night.”

“We spent 8 nights with our 4-year-old in a cozy one-bedroom that quickly felt cramped. The staff were amazing, especially Anna, who helped us with a free upgrade to a spacious family room. Her friendly approach and excellent English were great. The strategic location allowed us to explore all major attractions on foot, reducing the need for transport stress.”
